- 1/2 Grapefruit (juiced)
- 3 1/3oz Soy Sauce (gmo free (or substitute coconut amino acids))

1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger- 1 Whole Salmon Fillet
Directions
Step 1 | |
Whisk grapefruit juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt together in a small bowl. | |
Step 2 | |
Lay salmon into a shallow baking dish with the skin-side down; pour grapefruit juice mixture over salmon. | |
Step 3 | |
Cover baking dish and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. If baking dish is glass, make sure to pull from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking to allow time for the dish to warm back up. | |
Step 4 | |
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. | |
Step 5 | |
Bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, approximately 40 minutes. |
This is a delicious grapefruit recipe and a great introduction to a long misunderstood fruit.
