1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger- 2 Grapefruit (Sliced in half)

| Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and ginger in a small bowl. | |

| Preheat oven to broil | |
| Step 3 | |
| Place grapefruit halves on cookie sheet with cut sides up. Sprinkle sugar mixture over the top of the slices. | |

| Broil until golden brown. Approximately 3 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve. | |
