Chocolate Covered Orange Slices
INGREDIENTS
5 Mandarin Oranges
Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Peel oranges and seperate out each section.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips 30 seconds at a time until melted. Add coconut oil. Alternatively, you may use a double boiler on the stove. Stirring constantly.
- While chocolate is melting, cover a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Dip each orange slice into the melted chocolate, about half way. Place slices on cookie sheet. Sprink with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
