1 tablespoon Black Mustard Seed- 1 Jalapeno (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon Ginger (freshly grated)

1 teaspoon Tumeric- 1 Cauliflower head (cut into florets)
- Sea Salt (to taste)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 425 | |

Whisk together oil, mustard, jalapeno, ginger, turmeric in a small bowl. | |
Step 3 | |
Place cauliflower in ziploc bag, add oil mixture. Shake until fully coated. | |
Step 4 | |
Place on cookie sheet and roast until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. |
