Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

    1 tablespoon Black Mustard Seed
  • 1 Jalapeno (finely chopped)

    1 tablespoon Ginger (freshly grated)

    1 teaspoon Tumeric
  • 1 Cauliflower head (cut into florets)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Whisk together oil, mustard, jalapeno, ginger, turmeric in a small bowl.
Step 3
Place cauliflower in ziploc bag, add oil mixture. Shake until fully coated.
Step 4
Place on cookie sheet and roast until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
