Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Black Mustard Seed
- 1 Jalapeno (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 teaspoon Tumeric
- 1 Cauliflower head (cut into florets)
- Sea Salt (to taste)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 | |

Whisk together oil, mustard, jalapeno, ginger, turmeric in a small bowl. | |

Place cauliflower in ziploc bag, add oil mixture. Shake until fully coated. | |
Step 4 | |
Place on cookie sheet and roast until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. |
